Representative Ben Diamond (FL HD 68) will recap the 2018 Legislative Session.
The former general counsel for then-Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink and Florida Department of Financial Services, Diamond, believes that serving means connecting with voters and their needs. "I just focus on listening to the people and spending a lot of time walking the district," Diamond said.
Diamond's priorities in the state Legislature are protecting Florida's environment, including preserving lands and water sources. He said investing in the state's public schools and transportation infrastructure are a core focus.
