July Membership Meeting ** "Doc" Dockery will speak to us
June 6th, 2019 was the 75th anniversary of D-Day. In honor of that important occasion, Doc was asked by several groups to give a speech that he wrote called: "Masterful Deceptions of D-Day". This speech is more entertaining than any spy novel you will ever read, and it is TRUE.

About The Event
Come at 6:30 to mingle and to order dinner or beverages. The meeting starts at 7:00. No charge, but we do ask for a $1.00 per person contribution for the service (above any tip you leave your servers). The restaurant dedicates 2 to 3 employees to our meeting each month, for the 2.5 hours that we occupy the room, and we want to make sure they are adequately compensated.
Dave “Doc” Dockery has been a serious history buff for many years. He has studied and spoken about history regularly and has become particularly interested in his research about WWII. He gives lectures at his place of business on a regular schedule and has become the local go to person for people with an interest in History.
In studying about WWII, he became extremely interested in D-Day in particular. and has studied about it to the point that he was able to put together this presentation about it. He has built the presentation for years and enjoys giving it to groups all over the area.
