Introduction to the Largo/Mid-Pinellas Democratic Club

Mission
We are an active group of more than one hundred (100) members in mid-Pinellas County, Florida, who seek to stimulate interest in political and governmental affairs; to strengthen and to further the ideals and principles of the Democratic Party; to provide reasonable and ongoing financial support to the county Democratic Executive Committee; to promote participation among Democrats; to assist in identifying prospective Democratic candidates; to support and elect the duly selected nominees of the Democratic Party in national, state, and local campaigns; and to foster good fellowship among Democrats.

Get Involved
We meet on the third Tuesday of each month, at
5 PM - 8 PM. We want to thank Sage's West Bistro. Join us there for dinner and meet special guests.
We participate in Voter Registration drives; we volunteer to work for candidates (making phone calls, knocking on doors); we donate to candidates. We participate in Social Actions (protests, rallies, flag waving, petition gatherings and more).
We support community efforts such as local Food Banks, efforts to assist the homeless, and efforts assisting local programs for at-risk youth.
This Citizens Guide is prepared by the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections, and contains contact Information on Federal, State and County Elected Officials, and more.
Voters Guide, below, contains info on Registering to vote, and Voting by Mail, plus FAQs.

We are a Community
Being a Club member is fun and informative!
Each year we sponsor a Politics in the Park picnic to bring together candidates, elected officials, and voters. This fosters conversations that build relationships between the candidates/electeds and you, their constituents.
We also have a Holiday Potluck, a purely social occasion to further encourage fellowship among our members.fellowship among our members.
